Cancellation
If you are unable to keep your appointment please cancel giving at least 24 hours notice whenever possible to avoid charges.
I do understand that life can be unpredictable and personal circumstances can change at short notice. I prefer not to charge a cancellation fee but with less than 24 hours notice, if there is an impact on my time/scheduling and/or loss of other bookings the rate will up to 50% of the fee: depending on the amount of notice given and the resulting effect.
